Breaking the rules of wireless, and potentially the laws of Florida.

A T-Mobile employee from Florida landed in jail Friday after he allegedly emailed himself a sexually explicit video he found on a female customer’s phone, news station WFTS reported.

Police said that the victim went to get her phone fixed at the Pinellas Park store, where she gave the device to 25-year-old employee Roberto Sanchez-Ramos for service.

She told police that when her phone was returned, she noticed that her email had been accessed and an X-rated video was emailed to an address she was not familiar with.

Authorities determined the email address is likely linked to Sanchez-Ramos.

Sanchez-Ramos, of Clearwater, was charged Friday with offenses against computer users and scheme to fraud. He is being held on $10,000 bond.

The incident was not the first T-Mobile-related charge for Sanchez-Ramos, The Smoking Gun reported. Last year, he pleaded guilty to a fraudulent scheme to inflate his sales performance at T-Mobile.

It is unclear how Sanchez-Ramos maintained his employment at T-Mobile following the felony conviction.
