A Pennsylvania man was arrested early Wednesday at the Trump International Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C., after authorities discovered an AR-15-style assault rifle, a handgun and dozens of rounds of ammunition inside his car.

Bryan Moles, 43, of Edinboro was nabbed in his room at the luxury hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue NW – just five blocks from the White House – after authorities received a tip at around 1:50 a.m. that a weapon was spotted inside his vehicle as it was turned over to a hotel valet, authorities said.

Police said that a Glock 23 was found in the glove box of his car along with 30 rounds of 7.62 mm ammunition and 60 rounds of .23 caliber ammunition.

Moles was charged with possession of firearms without a license and illegal possession of ammunition.

Federal authorities, including the Secret Service, are involved in the investigation, according to CBS News.
