Former PQ leader André Boisclair pleads guilty to drunk driving

Former Parti Québécois leader André Boisclair pleaded guilty Thursday to impaired driving, refusing a sobriety test and obstruction of justice.

Boisclair was fined $2,000 and his driver’s licence has been suspended for a year. He also received an unconditional discharge from the court.
